Our PSB Charlotte Club Teams are for intermediate to advanced level boys and girls in grades 2-11 in the north, central, and south areas.

Chris grew up in Pinehurst, NC, and attended college at Appalachian St. where he studied Child Psychology and Business. After college, Chris began a 20-year career at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte before transitioning to PSB full time in 2019.
Chris has coached/trained in the basketball space for 20 years from the elementary, middle, and high school level and with all skill sets. Chris is in his 3rd year as the Varsity Assistant Coach for Charlotte Country Day’s boy’s team.
Currently, Chris serves as the National Director of basketball for PSB and Team Curry. He is also the Co-Director of PSB Charlotte.
Brendan grew up all around the US but went to high school in Denver, CO. After winning the Colorado State Championship his senior year, Brendan then went on to do a post-graduate year at Worcester Academy in MA before then accepting a scholarship to play at Davidson College.
At Davidson, Brendan was a 4-year starter and won numerous awards, including Southern Conference Player of the Year as well as All-American. After college, Brendan had a few pre-draft workouts with NBA teams and played summer league for the Golden State Warriors before eventually moving over to Europe to play professionally.
Brendan played professionally for 5 years in France, Germany, Hungary, and Greece, and while over there, he co-founded Pro Skills Basketball with one of his Davidson teammates. In 2011, Brendan retired and began to coach with and run PSB full-time, which he is still doing today. Brendan currently lives in Charlotte with his wife and 2 kids.
Kenneth Hairston Jr. was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. In high school, Kenny attended Davidson Day School, and played 2 years on our PSB Elite teams. He went on to play college basketball at Limestone University where he earned a First-Team All Conference Selection, National Leader in 3 pointers made per game (NCAA D2), and surpassed the 1,000 point milestone.
Kenny received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Coaching. After graduating, Kenny began coaching with PSB in 2019 and now serves as the General Manager of PSB Charlotte. Hairston has spent the last year working alongside USA Youth Basketball Development Program and leaders from the NBPA to train many kids virtually around the world. He is thrilled to seize the opportunity to build the community, support local coaches and help young players chase their dreams.
Cristian grew up in Charlotte, NC, and attended college at UNC Charlotte. Throughout college Cristian began training players and teams across the greater Charlotte area.
Cristian has worked with players of all levels from elementary school to elite level players like Wendell Moore Jr. (Minnesota Timberwolves), Tanisha Wright (Current Atlanta Dream Head Coach and WNBA vet), Luke Maye (UNC, NBA G-League), Leaky Black (UNC). Cristian has also worked with teams like Queens University (D1), Country Day High School, and Cox Mill High School.
Currently, Cristian serves as the Digital Marketing Specialist, Team Curry Academy Director, and the North Charlotte Manager of PSB Charlotte.
Aaron grew up surrounded by basketball in Indiana where he played for and worked with multiple hall of fame coaches in the Hoosier state. Shortly after attending Indiana University, Aaron began coaching youth players at all levels of basketball, developing comprehensive player development programs, and serving as a board member on several youth sports organizations.
Upon moving to the Carolinas, he picked up where he left off and began coaching and training youth basketball players from the early beginnings all the way to the high school level.
Aaron currently serves as the South Charlotte Manager.

Find My CityOur PSB team communication app is automatically connected to your League Apps account so there is no set up required – just use your League Apps login and credentials!
This app helps teams stay organized by allowing coaches and parents to easily view practice and game schedules, RSVP, email, text, and call.
PSB players have access to our in-person clinics and camps around the country, including outside of your specific city!

All PSB high school players get SportsRecruits, which is connected through their League Apps account.
SportsRecruits is a platform that helps players find the right college fit, gain exposure, stay organized, know who’s interested, show coaches their game through player profiles and film, and build their recruiting resume. It’s also a great tool just to do research on colleges regardless of basketball!
SportsRecruits also allows PSB to monitor, track, and advise players throughout the process. See our boys’ teams page here and our girls’ teams page here to get a better idea of how it looks and fits into PSB.
All players will be emailed instructions and login info a few weeks after the season begins! Please do NOT create an account on your own or you won’t have access to all of our paid features!
