Elite Training

Elite Training sessions are 1-2 hour-long intense workouts for advanced level high school, college, and pro players and teams. This training is available on an invite-only basis and is not for everyone. Note: High school players must be going on to play in college.

Our Elite Training sessions will focus on strength, athleticism, and basketball movement as well as on-court skill work and will typically also mix in some live competition from 1v1 to 5v5.
