At Pro Skills Basketball we are always in search of new leaders and coaches to help push our organization forward to be the best we can be to serve our families, and our new Charlotte Leadership restructure will set us up to serve our PSB families in the best way possible!

This is why we are excited to announce that we are bringing Chris Goodrum onto the PSB team as the new PSB Charlotte Director! Read more about Chris HERE!

Chris is coming over from the YMCA where he has worked for the last 19 years. He comes to PSB as a strong and experienced organization leader with expertise in culture work, change capacity, staff development, programming, a strong lens for customer service best practices, and workflows to maximize effective/efficient business practices.

Our previous Charlotte leadership consisted of PSB Co-founder Brendan Winters as the Director, Colin Robbie as the South Charlotte GM, and Jason Snow as the North Charlotte GM. Bringing Chris aboard now allows us to restructure our national leadership team to put our organization in the best position for success.

Brendan Winters will be moving over to the marketing and partnerships side of the organization as the Director of Marketing and Development. Colin Robbie is being promoted to join Brendan on the national corporate side as our Partnerships Manager. Last but not least, Jason Snow is also being promoted to General Manager of all of Charlotte and will work closely along with Chris!
