Thank you for visiting the official website of Pro Skills Basketball (PSB) Chicago, Illinois’s professional basketball club.

Our Academies are designed to maximize the improvement of players with a very intentional skill development curriculum that is spread out over the course of multiple weeks or months. Typically, we have two types of Academies: Shooting and Player Development. Our Shooting Academies focus solely on perfecting the art of shooting a basketball. Our Player Development Academies are focused on teaching general fundamentals with the intent of players improving enough to eventually make one of our Club Teams.

Chicago Leadership

Shane Kenney, Director

Shane Kenney is currently the Head Boys Sophomore Coach and a Varsity Assistant Coach at Saint Ignatius College Prep, where he’s been on staff since 2022. Prior to Saint Ignatius, Shane was a head coach for boys middle school teams at Saint Clement School, where he guided his teams to a total record of 56-14 over four seasons. This included a Chicago Catholic Youth League championship along with two CCYL Final Four appearances.

Shane also works numerous basketball camps throughout Chicago, including annual Prospect Camps for the University of Chicago men’s basketball program, and has been the PSB Chicago Director since 2022-23.
