Christal Caldwell is a highly accomplished basketball professional with over two decades of experience in athletics and more than ten years in coaching. As a standout player at West Virginia University, she scored 1,246 career points, earned First Team All-Big 12 honors, and contributed to the 2014 Big-12 Conference Championship team. Caldwell continued her playing career in Europe, where she won the Euro/Romanian Cup in 2015.

Transitioning seamlessly into coaching, she has held significant roles at institutions such as Pace Academy, Virginia Tech, West Virginia University, and La Salle University, serving as a head coach, assistant coach, and recruiting coordinator. At Pace Academy, she led the varsity girls’ basketball team to a top regional ranking and developed multiple all-region players.

Beyond coaching, Caldwell has demonstrated strong leadership in operations management, budgeting, and program development, and is dedicated to building high-energy, inclusive team cultures. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with minors in Child Development and Communications, and is actively involved in community service and professional organizations.
