Blair Ramsey is an accomplished basketball coach and leader with a strong track record at the University of Detroit Jesuit High School & Academy. Since 2018, he has served as the Freshman Boys Head Basketball Coach and previously contributed as the Varsity Boys Assistant Basketball Coach. Blair is recognized for his ability to build meaningful relationships with players and parents, develop effective game strategies, and utilize player statistics to drive performance improvements.
His leadership extends beyond coaching, as he has held significant administrative roles such as Director of Admissions and Retention Coordinator, where he demonstrated expertise in mentorship, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making. Blair’s basketball journey began at East Stroudsburg University, where he captained the men’s basketball team and earned the Basketball Leadership Award, reflecting his commitment to both athletic and academic excellence. He was also active in student leadership, serving on the Student Athletic Advisory Committee and receiving multiple honors for his achievements.
Blair’s diverse experience in coaching, administration, and student development underscores his dedication to fostering both athletic and personal growth in young athletes, making him a respected figure in the basketball and educational communities.
Our Club Teams typically run 8–11 months depending on the city. Families can expect 2–3 practices or workouts per week and 2–3 weekends per month with games or tournaments. We believe in long-term development, not quick-hit seasons.
We support multi-sport athletes! Many of our players compete in soccer, football, baseball, and more. Just let us know your schedule, and we’ll work together to find the best fit — whether that’s a Club Team or placement in our Player Development Academy with more flexibility.
We offer flexible payment plans in every city. In some locations, limited scholarship or financial aid options may also be available. Reach out to us directly to learn more — we’re here to help.
Not every player is placed on a Club Team, but no one gets left behind. Through our Player Development Academy (PDA), athletes receive structured training, weekly practices, and internal game play — with the opportunity to be reevaluated for a Club Team during the year.
In most cities, we host open clinics, camps, or evaluation sessions prior to the start of the season. These are great opportunities to experience our coaching and culture firsthand. Reach out to your local director to see what’s available near you.
