With a Pro Skills Internship, you’ll gain first-hand exposure to real-world business challenges within youth basketball and partake in invaluable learning opportunities during your internship. In the PSB internship, you’ll experience dedicated mentorship and support from a business-focused, high-performing team of basketball experts, providing a nurturing environment for you to learn and grow and thrive as you develop skills and knowledge about how a large youth organization operates.

Youth basketball is often disorganized, focused solely on winning, and generally, frustrating, but at PSB, we strive to provide a more professional experience for parents, players and coaches— one focused on organized communication, fun, mutual respect, and personal growth— on and off the court. Through our Club Teams, Camps, Clinics, and Educational Programs, we teach players skills for basketball and for life.
