Thank you for visiting the official website of Pro Skills Basketball (PSB) Las Vegas, Nevada’s professional basketball club.
Our Academies are designed to maximize the improvement of players with a very intentional skill development curriculum that is spread out over the course of multiple weeks or months. Typically, we have two types of Academies: Shooting and Player Development. Our Shooting Academies focus solely on perfecting the art of shooting a basketball. Our Player Development Academies are focused on teaching general fundamentals with the intent of players improving enough to eventually make one of our Club Teams.

Las Vegas Leadership
Jeff Greer, Director
Jeff Greer is a former professional basketball player whose 16-year career took him across Europe, with significant experience in France, Germany, and Israel. Competing in both the Pro A and Pro B divisions of the LNB French basketball league, he earned recognition for his leadership, effective communication, and ability to collaborate with a diverse range of athletes, coaches, and officials. His time on the court not only honed his athletic skills but also developed his strengths in mentorship and relationship-building, contributing to his personal and professional growth.
After retiring from basketball, Jeff successfully transitioned into the hospitality and sales industries. He served as a Hotel Operations Manager and Customer Relations Supervisor at MGM Grand International Resort and Casino, where he excelled in client relations, staff training, and strategic problem-solving. He later worked as a Sales Consultant at UBEO Business Services, further demonstrating his adaptability and expertise in customer engagement.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Rutgers University and is fluent in English, Spanish, and French. His diverse background in athletics, hospitality, and sales underscores his adaptability, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
