Kaitlyn Gross, Director

Kaitlyn Gross, born in Orange, New Jersey, began her basketball journey in elementary school. She won a State Sectional Championship at Bloomfield Technical High School and later joined the Division I program at Temple University as a walk-on.

Starting her coaching career in 2016, Kaitlyn has gained experience with teams like NJ Elite Basketball, Hoop Dynasty, and Kings Street Kings Basketball (now NJ Elite Scholar Basketball under Nike EYBL).

Since 2022, she has served as an Assistant Coach for Wellington High School Varsity Women’s Basketball in Southern Florida. Now based in Wellington, she is focused on player development in the Palm Beach area.
