Our club basketball teams are instructed by experienced and knowledgeable coaches whose focus is the improvement of our individual players, not simply winning championships.
Our mission is to prepare players for the next level of their basketball careers while also teaching them life lessons that will lead to success off the court as well. We teach players skills for basketball, skills for life, skills for success.

Russell Stell, Director
Russell Stell brings over 15 years of basketball coaching experience, with a background spanning Boys & Girls Clubs, AAU, select feeder programs, and high school basketball.
Throughout his coaching career, Russell has worked with athletes of various ages and skill levels, focusing on fundamental skill development, teamwork, confidence, and basketball IQ. He specializes in creating structured, progressive training programs that help athletes build strong foundations while continuing to challenge and develop their game.
As a City Director, Russell is passionate about developing athletes, supporting coaches, and creating a positive basketball environment within the community. His coaching philosophy is centered around helping every player build confidence, develop their skills, and reach their full potential on and off the court.

FAQs
Our Club Teams typically run 8–11 months depending on the city. Families can expect 2–3 practices or workouts per week and 2–3 weekends per month with games or tournaments. We believe in long-term development, not quick-hit seasons.
We support multi-sport athletes! Many of our players compete in soccer, football, baseball, and more. Just let us know your schedule, and we’ll work together to find the best fit — whether that’s a Club Team or placement in our Player Development Academy with more flexibility.
We offer flexible payment plans in every city. In some locations, limited scholarship or financial aid options may also be available. Reach out to us directly to learn more — we’re here to help.
Not every player is placed on a Club Team, but no one gets left behind. Through our Player Development Academy (PDA), athletes receive structured training, weekly practices, and internal game play — with the opportunity to be reevaluated for a Club Team during the year.
In most cities, we host open clinics, camps, or evaluation sessions prior to the start of the season. These are great opportunities to experience our coaching and culture firsthand. Reach out to your local director to see what’s available near you.
