HIGH SCHOOL

Sim, a Boston, MA transplant attended Northside and Hickory Grove Christian for high school where he was an All-Conference guard. Helping his team to multiple conference championships and elite 8 appearances in the NCISAA state tournament as a junior and senior.

COLLEGE

Sim played basketball at Wilkes Community College before transferring to Pfeiffer College.

PROFESSIONAL

After finishing his collegiate career at Pfieffer, Sim jumped head first into coaching!

Getting his start in the Charlotte area with AAU before joining staffs at Charlotte Country Day, Covenant Day and Gaston Day.

Sim has been a fixture in the Charlotte basketball community for many years from his time as a player to coach and even running events for unsigned seniors. Sim has coached some of the areas best players and has a reputation of helping connect players to colleges.

Since joining PSB as the 17U Elite coach in Sim has been instrumental in the growth and development of the Elite program and its continued success.

PERSONAL

Sim currently resides in Charlotte, NC with his two children Riley (12) and Trey (5) working in Sales for a Tech Firm in uptown Charlotte.
