PSB+ LIVE WORKOUTS

Live Workouts with our trainers and coaches offered weekly. We love the live coaching aspect and two-way video. Our live workouts involve competition, coaching and connecting with like-minded players around the world. Members get unlimited access to these workouts! COLLEGE PREP

These monthly workouts are for high school players who want to play at the next level. College coaches are invited — 200+ college coaches attended virtual workouts in 2020. Player information and film is also sent out to coaches. Prepare for a challenging workout. There will also be a heavy focus on recruiting education, and special guests.

CAMPS & EVENTS
