At Pro Skills Basketball, we strive to provide a more professional experience for parents, players and coaches—one focused on organized communication, mutual respect, and personal growth—on and off the court.

Randy E. Howard, born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, has a deep passion for basketball and player development. He attended Germantown High School and later played college basketball at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and the University of Wisconsin-Washington County, earning First Team Defensive Player of the Year and a scoring title.
With nearly a decade of coaching experience, Randy began his career as an assistant women’s player development coach at UW-Washington County, eventually becoming the primary assistant and recruiting coordinator. He has also coached 8th-grade teams and high school Freshmen and JV teams, leading his 8th-grade boys to their first playoffs since 1998. Randy currently serves as the JV2 Head Girls Coach at DSHA.
Randy’s coaching philosophy emphasizes player development over winning, inspired by his mentors. He now resides in Wauwatosa, WI, and works as the Sports Director at a local YMCA, where he is motivated by the children he encounters daily.
