In this episode of the PSB Podcast, PSB Co-founder Brendan Winters talks with PSB Elite Teams Assistant Director, Sim Frazier. Brendan and Sim discuss how the new recruiting rules set by the NCAA have had major effects on grassroots basketball organizations and players.
Sim has been a major fixture in Charlotte’s youth coaching scene. He has coached middle school, high school and AAU teams over the past 10 plus years.
Since joining PSB as the 17U Elite coach Sim has been instrumental in the growth and development of the Elite program and its continued success. In 2017 Sim’s team captured the championship at the prestigious Nike Memorial Classic.
Sim has coached some of the area’s best players and has a reputation of helping connect players to colleges. His experience in coaching makes his insight on this topic very credible.
