My son enjoyed playing for the PSB organization. From the initial meet and greet, the PSB staff provided thorough communication, consistent gym practice time, additional developmental opportunities, and productive environments for the players to grow as basketball players. My son is entering his Senior year of high school feeling very confident in his basketball ability after PSB pushed him to be great even through mistakes. My family and I are glad we are a part of a great organization with full time coaches who truly inspires kids to be their best.

I can't say enough about this organization. The coaches are fantastic and extremely organized. The coaches keep their cool around the players and the players stay positive throughout the game. They run college level plays and learn to play as a real team. My son is excited about the game again and is improving faster than ever before.

Tampa Leadership

Pierre Stines, Director

Pierre was a 3-year Varsity Player/starter in his local area of Danville, VA. at Dan River High School and George Washington High School. Pierre attended Clinton Junior College for 2 years before transferring to play for Johnson C Smith then finished his playing career at the University of Queens a year later.

Pierre went back to coach at his alma mater Clinton Junior College in 2008/09 while moving his way up on the corporate level at Allstate Insurance.

Originally from Sutherlin, Va. Pierre and his family currently reside in Tampa, FL. Married to Sydney Stines and has 3 Boys D’Angelo, Steffen, and Haile. Pierre’s favorite times are spent with his family!

Justin Bushway, General Manager

Justin Bushway, originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, began his coaching journey in high school while serving as team captain and earning league and regional All-Star honors.

He graduated from the University of Tampa in 2021 with a degree in Sport Management and earned his master’s in Sports Business Administration from Saint Leo University in 2024. Justin has coached at Tampa Prep, Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate High School, and currently serves as Head Middle School Coach at Corbett Prep and City Manager of PSB Tampa.

Since joining Pro Skills Basketball in 2021, Justin has dedicated himself to developing young athletes through teaching, mentorship, and skill-building. His commitment to excellence was recognized with PSB’s 2025 Alex Schnaidt Award, honoring coaches who embody dedication, passion, and player development.
