Pierre Stines, Director
Pierre was a 3-year Varsity Player/starter in his local area of Danville, VA. at Dan River High School and George Washington High School. Pierre attended Clinton Junior College for 2 years before transferring to play for Johnson C Smith then finished his playing career at the University of Queens a year later.
Pierre went back to coach at his alma mater Clinton Junior College in 2008/09 while moving his way up on the corporate level at Allstate Insurance.
Originally from Sutherlin, Va. Pierre and his family currently reside in Tampa, FL. Married to Sydney Stines and has 3 Boys DβAngelo, Steffen, and Haile. Pierreβs favorite times are spent with his family!
Justin Bushway, General Manager
Justin Bushway, originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, began his coaching journey in high school while serving as team captain and earning league and regional All-Star honors.
He graduated from the University of Tampa in 2021 with a degree in Sport Management and earned his masterβs in Sports Business Administration from Saint Leo University in 2024. Justin has coached at Tampa Prep, Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate High School, and currently serves as Head Middle School Coach at Corbett Prep and City Manager of PSB Tampa.
Since joining Pro Skills Basketball in 2021, Justin has dedicated himself to developing young athletes through teaching, mentorship, and skill-building. His commitment to excellence was recognized with PSBβs 2025 Alex Schnaidt Award, honoring coaches who embody dedication, passion, and player development.

What does PSB Tampa offer?

Is Pro Skills Basketball Tampa a good program for beginners?
Yes. PSB Tampa clinics and academies welcome new players and teach the fundamentals of basketball. Trained, background-checked coaches lead every session. Club teams hold tryouts and play a full season, so most beginners start with one of these programs first.
What grades can play?
Club teams for Boys grades 2 to 11, girls grades 2 to 10; clinics for grades 2 to 11; academies for grades 2 to 9.
Does PSB Tampa have AAU basketball teams?
PSB Tampa runs club teams, which many families call AAU basketball: tryouts, teams grouped by grade and skill, weekly practices with trained coaches, and games and tournaments through the season. PSB is an independent club program and is not part of the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU).
