Iesha is a 2005 graduate of NCAA Division I, Wright State University, where she was a 4-year starter and 3-year captain.
With over 13 years of head coaching experience, Iesha has worked athletes at the youth, collegiate, and professional levels.
A native of Jersey City, New Jersey, Iesha is one of 9 siblings. She resides in Charlotte, NC.
Iesha currently serves as the North Charlotte Manager.
Kenneth Hairston Jr. was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. In high school, Kenny attended Davidson Day School, and played 2 years on our PSB Elite teams. He went on to play college basketball at Limestone University where he earned a First-Team All Conference Selection, National Leader in 3 pointers made per game (NCAA D2), and surpassed the 1,000 point milestone.
Kenny received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Coaching. After graduating, Kenny began coaching with PSB in 2019 and then went on to become a Manager and then General Manager. During that time, Kenny worked alongside USA Youth and the NBPA to train many kids virtually around the world. In 2023, he was promoted to PSB Charlotte Director. Kenny is also currently the head JV and assistant Varsity coach at Charlotte Country Day School.
Natalie grew up in Rock Hill, SC and was an outstanding player at Northwestern HS. She received a scholarship to play at Anderson University and then transferred to Guilford College before moving back closer to home to finish college and start her coaching career.
In 2020, Natalie started coaching at Banks Trail Middle School. After 2 years of coaching there, in 2022, Natalie accepted the head JV girls coaching position at Fort Mill High School while simultaneously founding the Carolina Courage girls organization, which merged into PSB Charlotte Girls program in 2023.
Natalie currently serves as our Charlotte Girls Manager.
Stevon was a 4-year varsity player at Rocky River high school and he began his coaching career quickly after graduating.
In 2018 Stevon began coaching with PSB Charlotte. In 2019, he was hired as the Head JV Coach and Assistant Varsity Coach at Ardrey Kell HS.
Stevon currently serves as the Central/South Charlotte Manager.
